2 oz pickled carrots, diced ⅛ inch

Ingredients for Burger Seasoning
2 ¼ tsp kosher salt
2 ¼ tsp black pepper
2 ¼ tsp garlic powder
2 ¼ tsp paprika
Ingredients for Muffuletta Burger
1 ea. 80/20 brisket chuck burger
3 ¼ ounces Price*s® Southern-Style
Pimiento Cheese Spread,
1 ea. semolina sesame seed
Kaiser bun, toasted
1 T brown mustard
¼ cup Olive Salad
Make the Olive Salad: Mix the ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate.
Make the Burger Seasoning: Blend the seasonings together. Reserve in covered container, label, and date.
For each serving: Season a burger with 3/8 teaspoon of the burger seasoning.
Place onto 550-degree F grill and cook for 2 minutes. Give burger a quarter turn to create hatch marks, cook for 2 minutes more, flip, and repeat. Once burger is almost cooked to desired temperature, using #12 scoop or approximately 1/3 cup, place the Price*s spread onto the patty and evenly spread it across. Place under the broiler for 45 seconds to 1 minute, allowing the pimiento cheese to warm and slightly melt.
Spread the bottom of a bun with the mustard. Top with the burger and cheese.
Top with the olive salad and the top bun. Serve.
