Whether you are hosting a Valentine’s Day-themed cocktail party with your closest friends or wish to treat your special someone to an extraordinary evening, these unique low ABV cocktails are a terrific way to toast friendship—or love—this holiday. Read on for two simple-to-prepare recipes.

Rose Rosa Rosé

This cocktail is as pretty to look at as it is savory to sip. The fruit-forward Chandon Rosé is complemented by the complexity of Cocchi Rosa, creating an unusual cocktail sure to delight.

2 oz Cocchi Rosa
3 dashes strawberry bitters
4 oz Chandon Rosé
1 (2-inch) sprig Rosemary

Fill a glass half full with ice. Add the Cocchi Rosa and bitters. Stir. Add the Rosé. Roll the rosemary between your palms to release the oils and add to the glass.

Cranberry Punch

Tart and snappy, this punch will be the sassy star of the party. Topped with cranberries, this cocktail is dramatic-looking and delicious-tasting!

12-oz package fresh cranberries
6 oz lime simple syrup (1 cup water, 1 cup granulated sugar, zest and juice of 2 limes)
1/2 cup unsweetened cranberry juice, chilled
1/2 teaspoon orange blossom water
750 ml bottle of Chandon Rosé, chilled

Freeze the cranberries.

To make the simple syrup, combine ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and let sit 30 minutes. Strain the syrup into a clean container and refrigerate. Discard the lime zest.

Combine the simple syrup, cranberry juice, and orange blossom water in a pitcher, dispenser, or punch bowl. Add the chilled rosé and frozen cranberries. Serve.
