More boozy goodness, but with beans!

Use the popularity of moonshine in today’s cocktail culture to tempt your customers; then make it vegetarian to please everyone.

 

Moonshine-laced Baked Beans with Sweet Potatoes

Yield: 32 servings, ½ cup each

1 #10 can Bush’s Best Bean Pot Vegetarian Baked Beans
½ cup molasses
¾ cup moonshine
1 onion, medium, white, half moon sliced and caramelized
4 sweet potatoes, medium, boiled and smashed

In a large stock pot, combine all ingredients, heat until 165˚F. Serve hot.
