The hottest palettes this summer will feature shades of white, neutrals, beach-y blues and greens. Beige is heavily trending in fashion right now and we’ll see it play out in décor as well. Cheery pink, orange, yellow, turquoise and ocean-inspired blue will all be popular and provide pops of color. Lighter, airy fabrics are perfect in terms of texture, especially on hot days.

Things to keep in mind
Weather is a major consideration for outdoor events. In Florida, the summer months are our rainy season, so we make sure that our items are waterproof. Discuss your requests with your rental provider, and make sure that your order can get wet. Note that outdoor dance floors are different from indoor dance floors, so be specific when ordering.
If you’d like to avoid the risk of wet linens, consider linen-less tables such as those with mirrored, acrylic or Plexiglas tops. Ghost chairs are a great option for outdoor events as they won’t need a cushion, eliminating the stress of worrying about the weather and how it may impact your seating should it get wet.
Remember the little details
We tend to get a lot of last-minute calls for tents, misters, and sand. People often forget these items when initially planning a summer event, but late request in peak months can be impossible to fill.
