Back to New Orleans for Our 25th Anniversary!

Providing a lively atmosphere, distinct culture & unique cuisine for CS2017

Twenty-five years ago, Catersource hosted its very first conference in the lively city of New Orleans. Fast-forward to 2017 and we’re returning back to where it all began, bringing a new and exciting vibe to the show we’ve all enjoyed for the past quarter of a century. Join us from March 12-15, 2017 to celebrate our 25th anniversary in a city filled with fun culture, unique culinary creations, and impressive event aspirations.

Catersource, the Show for Catering and Event Professionals, will take over the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center for three jam-packed days of quality education sessions, remarkable events, and networking opportunities to grow your business and personal connections.

The award-winning tradeshow floor is filled with 400+ trendsetting exhibitors and sponsors, culinary and design competitions, world-class education, and delicious tastings. Additionally, the tradeshow offers face-to-face interaction, networking, and relationship-building with nearly 7,000 culinary and event professionals.

AOCF joins Catersource 2017, Bringing an Expanded Culinary Program
As part of the celebration, we are excited to announce that The Art of Catering Food, a culinary-focused conference, is joining Catersource! Now there’s another reason to bring your entire team to the ultimate conference and tradeshow for the catering and special event industries. Featuring culinary-intensive sessions and hands-on education, this is a program that your culinary staff should not miss! The AOCF program focuses on technical skills, new recipes, ingredients, inspiration, and techniques in the kitchen. The best part? You’ll be able to sample the cuisine made on-stage and take home the recipes, allowing you to weave them into your menus. This exclusive program delivers focused, hands-on culinary training. It’s like a 3-day immersion school for culinary professionals.
