Nearly 20 years ago, Laurie Clark left her senior sales director position with a fortune 500 company to open a small catering company.  Today,  her company, the Avanti Mansion, is the most award-winning wedding venue in Western NY.  A proud member of the Leading Caterers of America and winner of NY state’s “Wedding Venue of the Year”.
