In April, St. George, UT Courtyard by Marriott hosted a group of vintage car collectors from around the U.S., as well as international guests.
Says assistant director of food and beverage, Jackie Dodart, “We used concepts we learned from your [Catersource] shows and incorporated them into our event, which not only was a great success but [we were] told it was the best party they had ever been to in the 20 years.”
The theme was “Pit Stop” for the 2015 CopperState 1000 Road Rally, with vintage cars throughout the venue. Servers wore mechanic maintenance uniforms, oil cloths served as napkins, and real street signs were used for buffet tables and serving trays.
