From the Test Kitchen

Catersource's offices are equipped with a 400-square-foot test kitchen built right in. This puts us in the unique position of being the ONLY catering trade publication that can physically test, evaluate and share real equipment, food and beverage product results directly with our readers.

Caterers, vendors, advertisers and sponsors are invited to send ideas, recipes or products for review. And chefs, make plans come in and cook with us in person!
