More Than Fun and Games
A well thought out theme can do more than entertain your guests. Smart design and menu ideas make an event easy and efficient.

Think outside the box to establish a theme for your event.
A fundraiser to help fight hunger and food waste in the Bahamas inspired the design for this buffet — a combination of industrial style and chic Bahamian beach flair. The industrial truss core symbolizes the hard–working volunteers of the charity while the beach–infused menu and decor honored the soul of the project and helped soften the overall design.

Make sure the menu plays into and complements your theme.
Delicious, uniquely presented Deconstructed Conch Salad served on pippettes & Togarashi Tuna with Mango Gastrique fit perfectly into the beach chic feel of this event. Get the recipe in our Resources Library.

Don’t be afraid to let functionality drive your creativity.
A 12–foot tall truss with suspended glass serving trays creates energy and allows easy access for 400 guests to dine. Serving individual appetizers can help reduce waste. A bed of sliced complimentary fruit on the buffet service area keeps it fresh and appealing.
