At this health-focused event, Brancato’s Catering paired high-caliber presentations with unique and delicious food, all while providing outstanding service for 5,000 guests simultaneously. Each buffet station had a dedicated management crew to direct servers and bussers. The result? Beautiful and carefully designed food displays, allowing guests to optimal interaction.
