DAY PASSES - back by popular demand!
1 and 2-day Conference passes allow you to experience Catersource and Event Solutions education for the day(s) of your choosing. You will be asked to choose which day(s) you will be attending when you register online. You can add to your experience by purchasing optional event tickets for the day(s) of attendance, a la carte.
TRADESHOW ONLY PACKAGE
Tuesday 3/10 and Wednesday 3/11
Get on the floor at the industry’s largest catering and events Tradeshow. You’ll get new ideas, see what’s hot on the market and learn tricks and tips at one of many learning stages and activity centers happening throughout these two days. You’ll meet hundreds of vendors with exciting products to help you do your job better, faster and more efficiently. You can add to your experience by purchasing optional Tuesday and Wednesday event tickets, a la carte.

If you or any member of your staff requires assistance, or has special needs at the show, please email Diana Brasch at [email protected] or call 800.932.3632 in advance to make arrangements. Please note there is valet parking available at Caesars Palace and handicapped parking at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Shuttle buses from the Paris Hotel to the Las Vegas Convention center are equipped with handicap access.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life at times is often hectic and unpredictable, so we offer a fair and flexible cancellation policy.
Notice of cancellation for refund must be sent via email to Catersource on or before February 1, 2015. Registrations that are cancelled by the deadline will be refunded less a $50 administration fee. No refunds will be granted after February 1, 2015, however, another person from your company can be substituted at any time before the conference or a *credit of conference fees may be requested for your company's future use and is subject to Catersource approval.
*Requests for credit of conference fees must be emailed to [email protected] no later than March 6th, 2015. Requests for credit submitted after this date will not be granted.
Tickets purchased for optional events are non-refundable after February 1st, 2015 and are not subject to future conference credits.
