Show off your best ideas by entering this contest! Bragging rights and cash prizes are up for grabs:

First Place: $750
Second Place: $500
Third Place: $250

Each winner will be featured in an upcoming issue of Catersource magazine, receive a trophy and one registration to the 2015 Catersource Conference & Tradeshow. And contestants get a FREE ticket to this lunch event, a $69 value.

Official Rules:

1) Contestants receive one complimentary ticket to the Power Panel/ Power Lunch, featuring the Boxed Lunch Contest. Any additional
team members who wish to be present must purchase a ticket to the lunch for $69 each.

2) All contestants must be attendees of the 2014 Conference. Vendors are not eligible to participate in this contest.

3) You may enter up to two displays in the contest.

4) You may use any materials you want, but non-Catersource Conference Sponsors may NOT be visually or verbally promoted at this contest without written permission of Catersource, including participant products or services. Violations will result in disqualification.

5) You may wear chef coats or aprons if you wish, but they are not required or provided.

6) Plastic gloves will be provided and are required to be worn during display set up.

7) Kitchen and paper towels will be provided.

8) One small, inexpensive paring-size knife per team will be provided. You may bring your own knives.

9) Please arrive at Bally’s Hotel between 11:30am-12pm. Your workstation will be assigned at that time. There will be brief introductions and you may begin building your creation. Attendees will be allowed to enter the room at 12:30pm and your entry should be ready for viewing at that time.

10) The finished presentations will be judged by attendees to determine the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners. Voting ballots will be counted by an independent panel to determine the winners.

11) Boxed lunches will be available for viewing and judging for the duration of the event.

PRIZES:
First Place: $750 and one (1) 2015 Catersource registration certificates.
Second Place: $500 and one (1) 2015 Catersource registration certificates.
Third Place: $250 and one (1) 2015 Catersource registration certificates.

*In the event of a tie, prizes will be split between winners.

12) Contestants agree to allow attendees to photograph and/or video their buffets. Catersource and Event Solutions are given permission to use photos and/or video of the displays in Catersource and/or Event Solutions products and marketing.

13) Catersource and Event Solutions may adjust these rules with prior notice to contestants.

14) The contest is taking place at the Bally’s Hotel and doors will open to lunch attendees at 12:30pm.
