The American Culinary Federation (ACF)
The American Culinary Federation, Inc., established in 1929, has 22,000 members spanning 230 chapters nationwide. The organization offers educational resources, training and apprenticeships, and accredits secondary and postsecondary culinary programs. In addition, ACF operates the most comprehensive certification program for chefs in the United States, including two certifications specifically designed for catering executives. The Culinary Institute of America (CIA)
Founded in 1946, The Culinary Institute of America is an independent, not-for-profit college offering bachelor's and associate degrees in culinary arts and baking and pastry arts as well as certificate programs in culinary arts and wine and beverage studies. The European Party Caterer Association (EPCAS)
EPCAS is dedicated to look after the interests of the European professional party caterer with a goal to offer the European party caterers a platform in which networking and knowledge sharing on mutual and current subjects are key issues. EPCAS creates transparency within this line of business so that differences between regulations and legislation in the participating European countries can be addressed at the European Parliament. International Military Community Executives Association (IMCEA)
IMCEA is the professional association of choice for military Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR/Services) professionals. Established in 1972 as an association for military club managers, IMCEA has grown to encompass all military MWR/Services programs.
