ACF Las Vegas Culinary Challenge

Now in its fourth year at Catersource, the ACF Culinary Challenge Las Vegas will give both rising and established culinary stars an opportunity to compete in a variety of cooking, cake decorating and carving competitions to win ACF Medals.

Tablescape Contest

The ever-popular Tablescape Contest returns once again to bring creative ideas to life! You’ll be inspired by the themes, unique use of materials and concepts set up by caterers and planners in this camera-worthy contest. Enter the contest based on the budget you want to spend on your design.

Boxed Lunch Contest

The annual Boxed Lunch Contest presents dozens of unique displays for to-go lunches from caterers across the country. Join us at the Power Panel/Power Lunch on Monday to view these inspiring ideas or join competitors and show off your best ideas!

Best of Las Vegas Buffet Competition

The Best of Las Vegas Buffet Trends Competition will showcase some of the most unique ideas in design, style, presentation, food concept and more! The displays of this exciting competition will be featured at the Trends Lunch on Monday and winners will be selected by attendee vote.

LV Culinary Challenge "Diced" Competition
This contest is by invitation only, but all are invited to watch six teams battle it out in a mystery box competition live on the Tradeshow floor on Wednesday. Competitors include two catering teams, two Las Vegas hotel teams and two restaurant teams.
