Join us in Las Vegas for a private FREE 30-minute consulting session with a top expert in the catering industry.

Bring your problems, your ideas, your menus, your financial statements, or your business opportunities to the private consulting area located in the Attendee Lounge at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. We will get down to business immediately, and give you the benefit of our knowledge and expertise.

The Catersource Consulting roster includes the best known experts in the entire industry – successful and well regarded as caterers, the quality of this team is unsurpassed.

Our private consulting area will be available Sunday through Wednesday, at various hours. Sign-ups are on a first come first served basis, and some consultants’ availability is very limited.

REGISTERED ATTENDEES: Now through February 25, you may reserve your 30-minute consultation IN ADVANCE by emailing Carl Sacks with your name, registration number and the name of the consultant you are interested in speaking with and at least two time slot options. Carl will email you back with availability and confirm your appointment at the Conference. Please also include your cell phone number so we can reach you at the Conference if necessary.

At the Conference, all remaining time slots will be available for sign up beginning on Sunday in the Attendee Lounge.
