FREE Catering Consultations
Take 30 minutes to meet with a Catersource Consultant and get useful advice on any topic you choose! You’ll have the opportunity to bring your materials and agenda items with you and sit one-on-one with a knowledgeable consultant who can answer your questions and help steer you in the right direction. Consultations will be available on a first come, first served basis.

CPCE Certification
The National Association of Catering Executives (NACE) encourages the professional development of caterers and event specialists through participation in its certification program. This year, NACE will offer the exam on Sunday February 27 from 9:00am - Noon in conjunction with Catersource Conference & Tradeshow. Catersource attendees will receive a $50 discount off the application fee. This special rate includes the CPCE Study Guide.

ServSafe
Get certified in food safety and alcohol service with ServSafe Certification classes brought to you by the Nevada Restaurant Association.

ACF Certification
2011 Conference are approved for ACF continuing education hours.

Certified Dietary Managers
