At Puff 'n Stuff Catering, we are continually looking for new and engaging ways to tell our story and demonstrate our value proposition to clients. From the very first interaction, the best way for clients to understand the Puff 'n Stuff difference is to experience it. We encourage our potential clients to join us for a tasting or visit us before an event to experience our offerings; however that is not always possible.

While photos enhance written words, we’ve found that video is an even more effective medium to demonstrate the value of exceptionally prepared and uniquely presented cuisine. Seeing truly is believing.

After engaging Tampa-based cinematographers, VHVIDEO.COM, to film the production of chef-attended action stations at an elaborate wedding, we were amazed by the compelling and artistic qualities of their storytelling. The vignettes created for each of the stations have become powerful sales tools to show clients the experience available to their guests, as well as provide an opportunity to up sell to clients from traditional buffets and plated meals.

We are currently featuring these videos in our social media campaigns, and soon incorporating them into our website, and most excitingly our client proposals. Presently, Puff 'n Stuff Catering proposals are created in Caterease, which provides a means to automatically incorporate photos of dishes for selected menus; our concept is to further enhance the proposals by embedding, or linking, these videos directly into the proposals. We live and work in a digital world where instant communication and gratification leads to sales. And when a bride’s parents, a corporate leader, or other decision-makers often reside in locations far from the information gatherer, it’s essential to give them every possible opportunity to experience the value in their purchase.

So go ahead imagine you are a client receiving a proposal featuring video. Instead of reading about the dishes for your event, you can experience them. We fully expect this concept to significantly excel our business closings by telling our story in a unique way.
