Mike Roman
For those that are not familiar with Catersource president and founder, he is the industry's leading educator on the art and science of catering. Mike has nurtured and grown the catering community through the learning process at the annual Catersource Conference & Tradeshow now in its 19th year. Mike has published several books about catering fundamentals and sales techniques and continues to be a welcomed presenter at speaking engagements across the country.
Mike has designed the Perfect Fit track to accommodate the needs of this very specific group of catering professionals and employs the talents of his co-presenters to make it a full and informative and highly-targeted experience.
Bill Pannhoff
Bill Pannhoff is a proven caterer and educator. As owner of B & B Catering in Spring Lake, NC and a member of the Catersource teaching team for the last five years, Bill understands what makes a catering business successful and has received rave reviews from past conference attendees for his ability to teach the complexities of catering in a simple straight-forward manner.
Bill is an expert in marketing, selling, pricing and menu creation. One of Bill's strong points is his ability to answer questions received from other caterers, and he brings all his talent and creativity to bear in teaching our Perfect Fit sessions.
Bill Hansen
With more than 40 years of catering experience behind him, Bill Hansen knows about as much as anyone can about the industry—and is generous about sharing it.
From catering for three U.S. Presidents, to Pope John Paul II, to champion Super Bowl teams, Bill brings more than 45 years of catering, entrepreneurial and food service management experience to the Catersource team. A published author, Bill’s extensive expertise has made him one of the country’s leading food experts and Founder and CEO of one of South Florida’s top catering firms. His experience has also resulted in a
new-found passion for helping young entrepreneurs develop and market new products and services.
