Boxed lunches and drop-off catering are still hot sources of revenue. Caterers, restaurants and other foodservice segments know that this type of catering opens up an opportunity for a huge ROI.

Caterers showed off their best-selling ideas for this profit center with creative box, bag or plated and delivered lunches. Boxed lunches were displayed during the 2011 Catersource Conference & Tradeshow.

The Las Vegas Culinary Challenge
Now in it's twelfth year, the ACF Las Vegas Culinary Challenge comes to Catersource! Held on the Tradeshow floor, this competition showcased the talents of chefs from across the country.
