Friendly competition brings  new ideas to participants and viewers!
In addition to thousands of food, product and service resources, the 2010 Tradeshow floor is a great place to pick up new ideas!  You will have the opportunity to view and vote on the exciting Tabletop and Themed Menu, review displays of some of the most prestigious industry award entries and much more!

New in 2010
Live Buffet Building Event
Multiple teams will bring their own buffet equipment to the Tradeshow floor and have 60 minutes to build LIVE in front of you on Wednesday morning. You’ll see how creative these teams can be  in a real-world time frame!

Tabletop Contest
The Catersource Tabletop Contest allows caterers and event planners to set up and show off their most creative tabletop design. Entries will be judged for design by the Catersource Advisory Board and by attendee popular vote. Winners will be announced during the Closing Session.
