Put Your Bride to Work for YOU!

Early in the planning process, give your bride a stack of plain white paper plates (the cheap ones from the dollar store) and several stacks of sticky notes

When they have down time, ask them to write each guests name on a sticky note and organize them on a paper plate 8-10 to a plate. This simple tool reflects the seating at a typical 60” or 72” round banquet table and 8 guests.

Brides can easily group families and friends and as guests RSVP they can remove people as necessary, and re order them if need be. When it comes to crunch time during those four weeks after guests respond and when the seating is due,  your bride will already have them very well organized!

Even better,  brides will be able to lay the plates out on a dining room table and place them around the ‘dance floor’ –it helps them to visualize where guests will be seated.

It’s inexpensive for brides to do, it really keeps them on their game and it will make your life SO MUCH EASIER!
