facilities. You'll get a never-before-seen look at how they make things work in
the hospitality capital of the world! These tours will take you behind the
scenes at some very exclusive places - only the Las Vegas Chapter of NACE can
get you in! Scheduled tours include:
Caesars Palace: Total indulgence
Caesars Palace is one of the legendary properties on the Las Vegas Strip and has been there for more than 40 years. Join this tour and see the behind the scenes of a 340,000 sq. ft. convention meeting space including their brand new convention facilities designed from the ground up to be green, and earth friendly! This tour will also highlight the back of house areas of several of Caesars Palace’s high-volume, high end restaurants including- Rao’s, Bradley Ogden, and Mesa Grill.

The Venetian and The Palazzo Congress Center
The Venetian and The Palazzo Las Vegas represent the largest 4 star and 5 diamond property in the world. Experience how this mega hotel services over 2.25 million square feet of space. Explore both heart and front of the house operations as you learn how this Banquet Department services over 3,500 groups per year and maintains an annual budget of over $100,000,000. This tour will highlight how the campus feeds 10,000 Las Vegas based team members, services two mega casinos with two state-of the art beverage pump rooms, and makes food for over 20,000 group attendees in one mega-kitchen.

Aramark/Las Vegas Convention Center
Logistics and culinary techniques of servicing 3.2 million square feet of space. Known as a leader in the industry, this location is the flagship property for convention centers. By seeing the back of the house infrastructure, you will experience how this city grew to be one of the convention capitals of the country. Highlights of this tour include seeing the production facilities for all of the on-site restaurants and banquet operations.

Ballys Paris Walking Tour
Ballys Pairs may look like two disctinctive properties from the outside, but learn on this tour how the two hotels operate as one unified team with regards to banquet and kitchen production. With over 5300 rooms and 300,000 square feet of convention space, Bally's Paris is one of the largest facilities in the world. On this tour you will experience the delicate balance between servicing the needs of a classic Las Vegas Hotel (Bally's) and the needs of the chic French inspired Paris Las Vegas.
This is a walking tour and departs from Paris/Bally's at 8:00am
Facility tours are included with your paid registration,
but tickets to participate are limited and available on a first come, first
served basis. Pick up your tickets at the NACE desk in the registration area at
the Paris Hotel Las Vegas. Buses will take you to the Tradeshow after the
Facility Tours.
