You will learn the latest and greatest concepts to increase or start a self-service business!

Oh, what fun! Mike is at his happiest when he is teaching salespeople how to make sales using his techniques of listening to the shopper, observing body language, expressing empathy, demonstrating passion and using scripts. In this two-part session, you will learn simple methods to control and guide the shopper, handle objections, and collect the deposit check. It's really very simple if you use Mike's proven selling system!
