Caterers are always cooking up something delicious and creative! At the same time, caterers are frequently looking for new ideas to try in the kitchen. Catersource magazine wants to feature your freshest, most appropriate catering recipes in our first ever Recipe Contest.

One winner in each category will receive a complimentary registration to the 2010 Catersource Conference & Tradeshow, where your winning recipes will be prominently featured throughout the show. Each winning recipe also will be showcased in a full-page article in coming issues of Catersource magazine.
You don’t have to win to win great publicity or PR: All entries will be considered for an upcoming Catersource Recipe Book and for use in future issues of Catersource magazine, our Get Fresh enewsletter and on www.catersource.com.
HOW TO ENTER
Recipes must be written to yield 50 (except cocktails) and must include a high quality photo* of the finished dish and a 75-word description that answers the following questions:
1. Why is this menu item especially appropriate for catering?
2. How did you come up with the recipe/idea for this menu item?
You may enter as many categories as you wish.
* Photos should be high resolution TIF or JPEG at least 5x7 in size.

The winning recipes in this contest can be found on your 2010 Conference Bonus Materials CD. Articles on each winner will be featured in upcoming issues of Catersource magazine.
