Join us for a back-to-basics view of the culinary fundamentals featuring local Colorado farms and products. In the urban setting of City Hall, a popular Denver nightclub, we will offer the juxtaposed design styling of an old fashioned butcher shop with an elevated urban twist that showcases today’s cuisine.

Protein-driven stations will feature pork, chicken, beef and fish, highlighted with specialty game meat cocktails, Colorado micro-brewed beers, an urban garden and dessert market cart.

Entertainment will include on-site hog butchering, DJ/Bluegrass Mash Up, Beer Tub Girls and video projections as Farmer Aerialists, utilizing the view of the night sky through the venue’s retractable roof, will repel from the walls and fly through the air giving a Rocky Mountain High Performance.

Buses will pick up at our host hotels at 7:00pm and return after the event at 10:30pm.
