The primary focus of catersource is to provide business and culinary education for all types and sizes of companies that offer catering to their customers-including on and off-premise caterers, banquet facilities, restaurant and club facilities, contract non-commercial caterers, and other foodservice professionals. We do this through a variety of offerings-including our Annual Conference and Tradeshow in Las Vegas, the Summer Symposium on the East Coast, as well as seminars, consulting, on-site and on-line training, and evaluation for all types of catering businesses.
Since it's original inception, catersource has added significantly to its width and breadth of offerings, and continues to do so. We produce the leading catering industry publication catersource Magazine, with a circulation of 25,000 or more per issue. Our website features The Forum, an interactive medium for caterers to share ideas and solutions with one another, as well as an area that features caterer friendly vendors. catersource continues to be the connecting point for caterers and for those wishing to reach the catering market, which is the second fastest growing segment in the foodservice industry.
