Come to the CatersourceXperience Room for catering ideas, sampling, demos and more. The Culinary, Design/Décor and Business stages and the Xamination Station will showcase “all things Wedding” during the afternoon.

Noon     Catersource Tradeshow
Activities include: The Chef Demo Arena with presentations and sampling, Tabletop Contest Entries, Live Buffet Building, Industry Awards viewing and much more! Transportation to and from the Tradeshow is provided from the Paris Hotel.

After the Tradeshow ends at 6:00pm, return home or extend your stay and attend the Anthology event at 8:00pm and leave early Wednesday morning (ticket purchase is required to attend).
